THERE IS A CONFIDENCE CRISIS HAPPENING TODAY.  And it's happening to our kids.  Confidence is the foundation of EVERYTHING.  

By stepping out of the "line" and becoming a leader, kids get the boost of confidence to start them on their way.  From there, they gradually build on that foundation by learning about themselves, and how to monitor their thoughts and actions.  Our leaders learn how to a positive influencer, inside of class and out.

They also learn how to develop resilience - or "shock absorber" skills.  Learning these skills allows them to bounce back from disappointment and to tune out things that are not for their greater good.
