Parents, you've been asking, and we have answered!  With the popularity of BJJ (Brazilian JIu jitsu) and even kids' MMA, we have been contemplating introducing our Ninjability™ systems to the world of ground martial arts.  However, we wanted to make sure that we could incorporate all the things that have made our classes successful so far:  teaching based on developmental stages, as well as introducing character concepts, and most of all, FUN. 

We understand this age, and know how to cater to their needs.  We give them high-energy classes and give them bite-sized chunks of information, rather than drowning them in boring details.  We continue to work on focus, concentration and listening skills as we introduce combos to their toolbox of movements.

We will continue to emphasize social development as being just as important as their mental and physical, keeping the great lessons from our character education that our other Ninja classes employ.

Just like our regular Ninjability,™ Ground Ninjas™ is more than a class or an activity --- it's a program. One that has solid steps to take in building your child the best foundation they can have to take on any other part of their journey, whether it be school, other activities or other sports.

Our classes will teach them how to control their body and mind, preparing your child like no other activity or sport can. They will learn to control themselves, even when excited.  They'll learn how to be part of a team, as well as celebrating their successes as an individual. They will learn the boundaries of their physical capabilities, and how to soar beyond them! And most importantly, instead of just being a "follower," they will learn what it takes to be a good leader, and will be encouraged to set the example in class for more inexperienced students.
